Pepper's kitchen knives are made with VG10 steel with a hardness of 60-62 HRC, providing exceptional sharpness and edge retention far beyond softer steels. The steel is also highly resistant to rust, and each blade features 33 layers of high-quality stainless steel on either side. The blades are precision-ground to an optimal angle of 12 to 14 degrees, ensuring top-tier sharpness and control.
Pepper uses only FSC-certified Pakkawood for its knife handles, ensuring durability without compromising on quality.
