We sell cookers (Range cookers) from a number of European brands. At MyRangeCooker.co.uk we have a comprehensive network for service and extensive knowledge. We can assist you with everything from simple questions regarding delivery of cooker to installation of gas cooker and LPG bottles at your home. If you are looking for a product that we don’t have in our range, you are welcome to contact our customer service and we might be able to help you.
Responsible for payment
When you click “send order” in our checkout your purchase is finalized and you will have a payment responsibility for the specific order. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to have products selling out of stock, if your order is affected we will contact you by email immediately. All the prices we display include VAT and shipping (orders over £100) within Mainland England and Wales. For more info regarding deliveries please contact our custom service team.
Payment in advance
You can choose to pay in advance before your order is delivered. We will send you an email confirmation with instructions on how to pay into our bank account. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your cleared payment. This will normally show in our account within 2-3 bank days. When the order is sent, you will receive an invoice for accounting purposes.
Payment by card
When paying by card, the total sum of your order will be reserved directly on your card upon the placement of your order. The amount will be withdrawn from your card within 7 days after placing the order. If you do not require your order to be debited before your order has been delivered, we kindly ask you to select another payment method.
In partnership with Klarna we offer the following payment methods whereby the payment is made directly to Klarna:
PayLater: A payment period of 30 days from when the order is shipped. No invoice administration fee is added. A credit check is conducted so that a credit note can be issued. PayOverTime: The amount is paid off in installments over an agreed period of time. A credit check is conducted so that a credit note can be issued.
We offer payment with PayPal. When choosing this payment method, you will automatically be forwarded to PayPal. We send your order and order confirmation as soon as we have received your payment.
We offer quick deliveries as well as carry in service through our logistic partner XPO. Normal delivery time is 1-10 working days. All orders for mainland England and Wales are delivered by XPO from our UK warehouse. Only in the case of not having the product in stock in the UK we will deliver from our main warehouse in Sweden using DHL.
When adjusting/changing delivery address we charge a fee of 20 £. XPO or DHL will contact you to decide a convenient time and day for your delivery. For all deliveries with XPO we provide an optional carry in service.

Please note: When receiving your order, always check the status of your product. Visible damage on your goods should be reported directly to the driver. Non-visible damage has to be reported back to us at myrangecooker.co.uk within 7 days from delivery. We cannot guarantee any compensation for delivery damages reported more then 7 days after delivery.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
When you buy products from myrangecooker.co.uk you are always entitled to a 7 days return policy following the UK e-commerce standards. You have to notify us by email within 7 days from the day you have received your product.
The customer pays the return freight and all returns will be sent to The NX Group. Please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 02038 087702 before you send the goods back.
The refund value will be transferred as soon as possible back to the customer but with a maximum period of 30 days. 30 days counting from the date we received the return/cancellation notification.
If you wish to get full value return for your purchase the product has to be in original condition, meaning that it cannot have been used.
If the product has been switched on and used there might be a value decrease of the product when returned.
The potential value decrease of the unit is determined on a case-to-case basis. The value is mainly determined by the retail value of the unit on a second hand market.

1. What do we store and how do we use it?
Lindström & Sondén AB collects customer user data in order to deliver a seamless and safe service for customers. We collect data by three reasons.
A. To be able to complete purchases.
B. Through contact with our customer relations team.
C. Through our loyalty program.
This data may include your name, delivery and billing address, email address, contact numbers and specific purchase details. Please see Attachment 1 for detailed information about the information gathered. In addition to data collection, when you browse our websites, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to transfer information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This is not connected to any personal information.
2. On what basis are you storing my personal data?
There are a number of lawful basises for storing customer data, such as legal basis and consent. Please see attachment 1 for a specification of which lawful basis we have for certain types of activities related to your communication with us.
3. How do you get my consent?
The information collected when placing an order is based on legal requirements. When you provide your personal information by applying to our loyalty program or contacting our customer service team, we imply that your consent of us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
4. How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or LSbolagen, Havsbadsvägen 1, 262 63 Ängelholm (SWEDEN). The same goes for any matter regarding transfers of your personal information to other companies.
In order to protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

CLAIMS AND WARRANTY
We offer a guarantee of 2 years or longer on all our cookers, including on-site service through our nationwide network. Note that service is provided where the road to the property is accessible. The guarantee covers all parts of the cooker except for the induction hob, for which the guarantee period depends on the supplier. Please contact us for further information! Other products have a 2-year guarantee (unless otherwise stated on the product site or by the supplier).

It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. If you experience a problem with your product please contact us directly by mail or phone and we will try to help you to get things right as quick as possible. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service or a new unit depending on your specific case.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Our search results are based on relevance. Relevance depends on the data in the product titles, description and specifications in relation to the search text. The order in which products are presented is ranked according to how quickly our automated system identifies the product as relevant and is then sorted in descending order. Search rankings are never based on personal information and searches are never stored.
Handling and approval of reviews
Product reviews play an important role in the buying process. Transperency is important to us, which is why we only show reviews left by customers who have purchased a product from us.
We verify customers using the email address provided both when placing an order and submitting a review. Our reviews are manually administered internally and may therefore be published with some delay.
