Pepper’s kitchen knives are made from VG10 steel with a hardness of 60-62 HRC, delivering exceptional sharpness and edge retention compared to softer steels. This ensures that the knife maintains its sharpness through repeated use. The blade stays sharper for longer, even with frequent use, while the steel’s high rust resistance makes it ideal for everyday cooking. Each blade features 33 layers of stainless steel on either side for added durability and stability, along with a precision-ground edge sharpened to 12-14 degrees for outstanding control and cutting performance. The handle is designed to give you a firm, secure grip and is made from FSC-certified Pakkawood.

• Always wash the knife by hand using warm water and mild dish soap
• Dry the knife immediately after washing with a soft towel to avoid rust and water spots
• Sharpen the knife when needed - this is easiest with a honing steel or a knife sharpener
