Terms & Conditions

At Myrangecooker.co.uk we sell range cookers and appliances from Lofra, Pazzano, as well as kitchen accessories from Pepper. We have extensive expertise in the industry and a comprehensive service network, meaning we can assist you with everything from delivery enquiries to the installation of gas cookers and LPG cylinders in your home. If you are interested in a product that is not currently part of our range, you are always welcome to contact our experts.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via this website. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms. The agreement is entered into with Lindström & Sondén AB, company registration number 556762-7392, VAT-Number GB220110003, Havsbadsvägen 1, 262 63 Ängelholm, Sweden.

Payment Options

By clicking “Send order” at checkout, the purchase is finalised and you accept payment responsibility for the order. For online orders, an automatic order confirmation will be sent by email with details of your purchase. We reserve the right for items to sell out and will inform you by email if this occurs.

Delivery Information

We offer two types of delivery depending on the weight of the product. Smaller items, such as accessories up to 20 kg, are delivered to the nearest collection point via Parcelforce or similar carriers, while larger products are shipped with NX or RBC and delivered directly to your home.

All orders within mainland England and Wales are delivered from our UK warehouse. If a product is not available in the UK, it may be shipped from our main warehouse in Sweden. If you would like to know which delivery method applies to your order, please contact our customer service.

Warranty

We provide a warranty on certain products. Information about which products are covered and what the warranty includes is stated here as well as in the respective product descriptions on the website. The warranty covers defects attributable to manufacturing or material faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage or faults caused by incorrect use, insufficient or lack of maintenance, or installation not carried out in accordance with the instructions in the accompanying manual.

Lofra
Lofra offers a 2-year warranty when you register your product within 30 days of delivery. Please register your Lofra cooker here.

Pepper
3 years warranty

Other brands:
All our wine coolers come with a 1-year warranty, with on-site service for larger units.

Outlet / B-grade products
The product is sold as an outlet item. It may have non-original packaging but will be well packaged upon delivery. The product may have been used and/or repaired. Before sale, outlet items are thoroughly inspected both functionally and aesthetically by technicians. Despite being an outlet item, the product includes a 6-month warranty.

Spare parts
An administrative fee is charged per order when purchasing spare parts:

  • Private customers: £ 12
  • Business customers: £ 9

Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone on your behalf, receive the product purchased via the website. In simple terms, this means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product does not need to be returned within these 14 days, but you must notify us within this period.

Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as they are manufactured according to your specifications and have a clear personalised character.

Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

Recycling of old appliances

In accordance with legal requirements, consumers must dispose of electrical and electronic equipment separately from household waste. Batteries and lamps that can be removed must also be disposed of separately.

When purchasing a new electrical or electronic appliance, you have the option to have your old appliance collected free of charge.

If you would like your old appliance to be collected at the time of delivery of the new product, please inform us in advance by contacting our customer service.

Please ensure the old appliance is packed and returned on the pallet at delivery. For logistical reasons, collection may take place on a different day than the delivery and will be arranged separately, typically from the kerbside.

It is your responsibility to remove any personal data from the appliance before disposal.
